The Holiday (2006)

A romantic…. no, just a romance. That's a genre. Wikipedia says romcom, but I spotted no com, only rom.

I kept waiting for the twist, but it really is just about two people who exchange locations for a couple of weeks and fall in love with each other's neighbors and everything ends happily ever after. The only villain is the friend-zone.

Jack Black is one of those people, and never does anything Jack Black-y the whole time.
